A worker is not defined solely by position, income, or title. A worker may be an employee, an employer, a manager, or an executive. What truly defines a worker is character—the consistent embodiment of noble virtues that uplift society and dignify labour.

A worker is consistently hardworking, avoiding idleness except for necessary rest, nourishment, and wholesome recreation. Time is valued and purposefully used.
